This is a downloadable pdf, that will be sent to you on completion of the order, for you to print out at home. No products will be posted to you.

This pack is made up of flashcards, 4 per A4 page, that will help you teach your children about different emotions. There are 6 A4 pages to download and print, PLUS a NEW FEELINGS CHART. This is for you to print out and stick up on your wall in your home. Maybe put it in the space your child goes to when they are upset or angry? Or a peaceful space you can go to to talk about how you’re feeling.

Here’s what’s included -

flashcard pack of 24 feelings, with faces showing an approximate idea (very subjective!) of the feeling.
A4 feelings chart which includes all of the feelings that are on the flashcards

These are great for talking to your child about how they are feeling, and will help them be able to name their emotions, which will in turn help them to learn how to regulate them. It will also introduce them to new and different feelings, that they hadn't been able to name or understand before.

For ideas of how to use these cards with your kids, follow me on Instagram @grizzlibear_gb for tips and videos.

Fabulous feelings pack

So useful to be able to download and print them out and then use them with the kids - really useful to help them articulate and understand how they are feeling and think about how others might be feeling too
