This is a downloadable pdf, that will be sent to you on completion of the order, for you to print out at home. No physical products will be posted to you.
This pack is made up of flashcards, 4 per A4 page, that will help you teach you and your children about the flowers in the Uk. But that’s not all! The Victorians used flowers to speak a secret language to each other. They would wear specific flowers to pass a message on to their lover or friend, or put together bouquets of various flowers to create a whole story in flower form. Under each flower, there is the meaning the Victorians gave to it (apart from Muscari, which didn’t have a meaning!).
There are 8 A4 pages of different British flowers, making there a total of 32 different ones to learn and look out for throughout the year. There is also a poster detailing the lifecycle of a sunflower, right from seed, through germination, growing, and flowering.
Here’s what’s included -
